Word from our Chairman

Joseph Maluleke, Executive Chairman.

Africa as a mineral rich continent has a responsibility to develop and create sustainable investment and beneficiation capacity for the future generations. This requires us to innovate and collaborate with like-minded individuals and corporations across the continent for the benefit of all concerned. As a junior mining investment company, New Africa Minerals is able to take advantage of the elasticity and our agility decision making capacity to establish long and lasting relationships with our communities and stakeholders whenever opportunities arise.

We are very proud of our investment strategy founded and anchored on the three solid pillars: Economy, Stakeholders and Sustainability. When these three elements come together we are able to render a service offering that is superior and unrivalled to our customers, making our communities sustainable while delivering real value for our investors.

The soundness of our business model is predicated upon improving business efficiency, minimising loss, prioritising the health and safety of our workforce in line with our zero harm policy on fatalities. Job creation and staff retention remain key components of our quest to succeed and leave lasting legacies in the communities where we operate.

The partnership we have with Maluks Foundation enables us to plan and execute our CSI objectives in a manner that underpin our position as a conscious and active corporate citizen in all we do. We remain indebted to the team of experts behind New Africa Minerals for doing great work, creating trust between us and our community stakeholders, therefore cementing our professional image and brand.
